Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Within GSE Land , a Service Level Agreements have been drawn between the service providers and the user organisations involved.
These agreements specify exactly and in detail the service that the users expect to receive and that the service providers are prepared to deliver respectively. Further, the involvement and supplies provided by the users are constituted. This way, it is ensured that all parties involved have an identical notion of the services they are jointly working towards.
